My 2022 word of the year was Abundance. And the year didn’t disappoint, though perhaps I should have been more specific.
This has been another abundantly challenging year. I’ve experienced more pain and flare days than good days along with some severe depressive episodes. We’ve had transportation and financial difficulties in addition to our chronic health issues.
But we’ve also experienced some incredibly wonderful moments and felt an abundance of spirit and love. Mama and I were profoundly touched by the generosity of everyone who contributed to our accessible vehicle fundraiser. And we’ve been comforted by the friends who have come to visit, connected virtually, and sent messages of support.
We hope you have all enjoyed our seventh year of finding or making #OneGoodThing in our lives each day—whether it was our garden, our beloved dogs, an adventure, or something delicious! We appreciate all of you who read along and comment your #OneGoodThing of the day. Thank you for being an inspiration in our lives. Below is the compiled list of the 365 good things we found to write about this year. Cheers to seven years!
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama is proof that 2022 wasn’t all bad and completing 7 years of #OneGoodThingDaily! Happy New Year’s Eve! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
