Chanukah doesn’t start for another nine days, but I got a latke craving early. I love potatoes in just about any form. Once they were crispy and hot, I covered them with cinnamon applesauce and sour cream. Delicious!

They sound like something I would like. I found a few recipes, some of them call for saltines (soda crackers). Does that sound right? Can you share your recipe?
