Thanksgiving is a week away, but my immuno-suppressive infusion is the day before (yep, this happened last year too). That means I’ll be even more fatigued than usual and need to plan carefully. So I decided to make Thanksgiving the easiest way possible—by picking up packages of the turkey dinner ready made from our local organic market. They’re delicious and I’m looking forward to our feast!
