We went with our old favorite purple smoothie, which includes a frozen banana, frozen blueberries, 1/2 avocado, fresh spinach, apple juice (no sugar added), and ice. It’s a riff off of a Paleo Autoimmune Protocol recipe that used orange juice. We found that too acidic so we made the switch to apple.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was the return of our delicious breakfast smoothie!
