Table scraps reborn

Today Mama and I planted a successful table scraps growing experiment in our garden box.

We saw this video with instructions circulate Facebook recently. I cut off the bottom 2 inches of the organic celery (from the market), and placed it in a glass with a bit of water. We loved watching the celery leaves grow up in the middle. I’m only sorry I didn’t get photo as it was growing because the progress was so fast and fun to follow.

Today’s #OneGoodThing was finally transplanting it into the garden box — it looks great!

Day 119 of 365. And Day 485 in a row!
