Clockwise: Ladies’ lunch date; fish & chips; Mama and our ice cream cones; Eric serving up Dave’s Market liquid nitrogen ice cream
After watching a British cooking show’s take on classic fish & chips recently, Mama and I had a craving.
So today we went out to lunch with our sweet friends Bonnie, and her mother, Bobbie (of the famous Mandelbrot). We had a wonderful visit and the food was delicious!
After running a couple errands, Mama and I decided to stop on our way home for liquid nitrogen ice cream. I have no idea how it is made, but the special process seems to enhance the flavors. We gobbled down Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream cones. The cinnamon, chocolate, and marshmallows blended beautifully!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was going out for fish & chips with our dear friends, followed by incredible ice cream!
Day 52 of 365. And Day 783 in a row (here’s the first 366 & the following 365)!

Oh! I forgot to ask — Whose cookery show was it on?

It was on the Great British Family Cooking Show, I think it was called. It was on Netflix. We miss the baking one, but we’ve seen all available episodes at this point. Got any other recommendations, Bert?
