Mama and Paisley share a deep bond

After an unusually busy week for us, Mama and I desperately needed a day of rest. And after days of rain, we were happy to enjoy a bit of sun in our backyard as well.

This change in weather meant that I also seized the opportunity to do a bit of gardening. I cut crossing plum tree branches and did a bit more work preparing our garden beds for planting.

The highlight of my day was snuggling in my warm, cozy bed with Paisley and a book from our trip to the library!
