Mama and I have been attending the Spring Home & Garden Show since we moved to Santa Rosa 4.5 years ago. We love to get ideas for our own backyard oasis.
We’re always surprised at the wide variety of booths, and today was no exception. This purple flower in Mama’s hair is actually a turnip, hand-carved by a chef, especially for her and colored with a beet!
Though such a large event can be exhausting, we enjoy meeting wonderful people and learning about fun new products. Today’s fabulous finds were a nifty device to keep flies away from our outdoor dining, a better way to close bags of food, and nail polish application made easy.
Mama and I even ran into a woman I’d met over a hibiscus tree at Costco yesterday. We can’t wait to plant the flower seeds she gave us. What a sweetheart!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was a fun time at the Home & Garden Show with Mama! Many thanks to G&G Productions for the complimentary tickets! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!
