I finished assembling my DIY turquoise bench in our backyard garden oasis this afternoon. I found the idea on Pinterest and watched videos on YouTube to guide me.
Stacks of cinderblocks are glued together with construction adhesive and spray painted, before placing 4-by-4 wood planks through the openings. I added these two peacock pillows that we already owned—and voila!
Our sweet girl Paisley photobombed my first shots of the completed project. This DIY bench is the perfect perch for Mama to rest and appreciate our colorful garden.
Today’s #OneGoodThing was finishing this DIY bench and sitting on it with Mama! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!

That looks excellent, such a simple idea. The bright colour just makes it?
