My 21st infusion

Today was my 21st immune-suppressing infusion to treat my Crohn’s Disease. I’m not sure why I’m counting since there’s no real end in sight. Crohn’s is a chronic illness with no cure yet, only treatment.

Nurse Christine worked another miracle and got my difficult IV going on the first try. She’s got such an infectious smile!

For the last few months, I’ve been especially lucky to get a visit from a sweet, fluffy dog named Andrew and his kind human, Pam. Seeing them always makes this dreaded and long day a little better!

Today’s #OneGoodThing completing my 21st infusion! Many thanks to my good friend Kelley for the ride! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.

Day 289 of 365. And Day 1,385 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things)!

1 year ago today: Return of postal service

2 years ago today: Slowly resuming life

3 years ago today: Sweet potato chicken soup
