Yesterday’s immune-suppressing infusion hit me hard and I’ve had a rough day. Thankfully, Mama’s helper Shelby came today. While I rested, she took care of cooking, dishes, grocery shopping, laundry and went for a walk with Paisley and Mama! Shelby even made brussel sprouts taste good! That’s a miracle, in my opinion.
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was Shelby’s wonderful help—and the long-term care insurance that makes it possible! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.
Day 9 of 366. And Day 1,470 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things, & the 4th year of good things)!
On this day…

Well, spill the beans, or in this case, the brussel sprouts. How did she prepare them?

I don’t actually know how she did them cause I was in bed. But there was roasting involved, and I think Parmesan, cranberries, and a delicious sauce. I’ll find out and report back!

That sounds quite delicious. I am one of those odd folks who likes these vegetables. I look forward to finding out her secret.
