Isolation and intense cleaning are not new to us. Though California’s Shelter-in-Place order has only been in effect for 1.5 weeks, today marks one month since we’ve left our home.
We’ve not gone for walks or been out in the world at all. The only two exceptions were when I left to go to my immuno-suppressive IV infusion at the hospital and a single trip through a drive-thru pharmacy. Thankfully, we were able to get groceries delivered.
Our limited contact with the outside world has reduced to none, outside of phone and video calls. And so, now more than ever, we are deeply grateful for the love of our sweet girl Paisley. She makes us laugh every day with her funny expressions and loud snoring, and she brings us great comfort.
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama is enjoying our adorable view from quarantine! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.
