Mama and I are about to begin our 9th week of sheltering at home in isolation (a bit longer than our fellow Californians because of our weakened immune systems), but today I had to leave the house.
I tweaked my back and my neck and nothing helped relieve the excruciating pain. Thankfully, our beloved chiropractor, who we haven’t been able to see since before my surgery in January, was still open for emergency patients. The office is taking many safety precautions and it was wonderful to see her again!
Today’s #OneGoodThing was a much-needed adjustment from our truly essential chiropractor, Dr. Christina Dumbadse! Thanks, Dr. D! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.
Day 114 of 366. And Day 1,575 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things, & the 4th year of good things)!
On this day…
- 1 year ago: Special birthday lunch
- 2 years ago: New sculpture swings above my bed
- 3 years ago today: Flowers in the fridge
- 4 years ago today: Celebrating traditions
