During this time of Shelter-at-Home, we’ve missed our connection with the family over the fence. Pre-pandemic, the little girls next door would pop by for visits and we’d have BBQs and game night.
Now that we must keep our distance, we’ve started sending carefully cleaned Brown Bag Surprises over the fence. We’ve enjoyed planning what goodies to put in the bags—everything from coloring pages, fruit, and candy, to glow bracelets, a scavenger hunt, and adult beverages (for the girls’ awesome mama)!
The real joy is in sending these bags full of love over the fence. But today we got a surprise bag in return! We absolutely adore these sweet neighbors!
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was sending love over the fence! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.
Day 115 of 366. And Day 1,576 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things, & the 4th year of good things)!
On this day…
