Mama and I have always maintained our childlike love of cotton candy. It’s not a treat we enjoy often (or even annually), but it brings back many fond memories.
When all of the local food festivals and fairs were canceled earlier this year, I promised Mama that if I ever found a way to get a fresh batch delivered, we’d jump at the chance. Low and behold, a local kettle corn company posted online about free deliveries of fresh cotton candy!
Mama and I had a great laugh over our blue tongues and remembering how we served blue cotton candy at my Bat Mitzvah celebration. Yep, we’ve always thrown fun parties!
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was blue tongues and a promise fulfilled! Many thanks to Golden Kettle Corn of Santa Rosa and to the “Save Sonoma County Restaurants” group on Facebook!!! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
