Mama and I love French macaron cookies and I was excited to find a large assorted box of them on sale at Costco recently. Mama’s favorite is the Almond White Chocolate and my favorite is the Peppermint. Today we enjoyed several of these delightful treats with a big mug of our favorite Bella Rosa coffee and frothy milk.
