Some of our extended family arrived in Santa Rosa today in anticipation of a special gathering this weekend.

The lovely couple on the right is my childhood best friend Laurel’s parents, Barry and Julie. Laurel and I went to see them at their hotel this afternoon. We enjoyed a little time together at the pool before a delicious dinner.
