My eye has been swollen for the last two days. It’s uncomfortable and a bit painful, but mostly I was worried it was infected. An infection would make me ineligible for my immunosuppressive treatment this week, which I need.
Kaiser doesn’t usually move quickly so I was worried when the eye specialist wanted to see me immediately. Thankfully the eye swelling is not related to my now-mostly-healed shingles and will go away soon, I hope.
Today’s #OneGoodThing is rechecking my eye! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
