A confusing nap

My chronic fatigue forced me into a late afternoon nap. It was one of those naps where you wake up unsure if it’s day or night. Now the night feels unreal. I’m just listening to my body.

  1. late pm. naps? been there; done that. Not healthy. our body needs regular sleep patterns. Same time, same place, same “station.” Avoid “screens.” Read a book. Go outside. Walk around the block.

    Irregular sleep is one step closer to age-onset dementia. Just ask me. I’m headed for birthday #83 and am suffering from CRS** syndrome.
