We don’t celebrate Christmas so today is Happy Chinese Food Day in our family. I learned from last year and ordered ahead this time. We feasted on veg egg rolls, chicken lettuce cups, MuShu chicken, and sweet-and-sour chicken with steamed rice. It was delicious and the perfect Jewish Christmas!
