Fun was had today. I attended a garden party for local Young-ish Jewish people. I didn’t know anyone beforehand, but the group was welcoming and kind. It felt like an adult version of beloved Jewish social organizations of my childhood. With the increase in antisemitism in the world, it felt nice to make friends in a safe place.
