Backyard plum picking

Now is the one week of summer that our entire plum tree ripens at once. Usually, it’s a race to see who can get to the fruit first—the squirrels and birds or us. Having deployed several reflective owl cut-outs as deterrents, we seemed to have gained the upper hand this year.

Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was picking this beautiful bowl of Santa Rosa plums in our backyard! Next up, my stack of plum recipes! What’s your favorite plum dish? What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.
