Getting lost in a book

Mama and I have both been devouring our books, forgoing sleep and most other activities just to keep reading.

She finished “The Avenue Goes To War,” the second in a series by R.F. Delderfied, in the middle of the night and had already begun “Educated” by Tara Westover this morning.

My favorite author, Jennifer Weiner, released a new book called “Mrs. Every-thing” last month. I forced myself to save it until after our big party, knowing that I wouldn’t be able to put it down. I’m torn between wanting to savor the story and needing to know what’s going to happen next. Now, goodbye while I go read!

Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was getting lost in our books! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.

Day 211 of 365. And Day 1,307 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things)!
