Cuts like butter…

Dark Green Zucchini and Romanesco Zucchini harvested from our garden

It’s the official start of zucchini season in our house.

We’re growing two different varieties: Dark Green and Romanesco. Both types of zucchini are fighting the A-frame trellis with which we’re attempting to contain them, but we are enjoying watching them grow.

Both sliced smoothly like butter. I cut the two into different shapes but sauteed them together. It was difficult to tell the difference, but I’m sure further tests will yield an answer.

Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was the start of zucchini season! Now friends, please share your favorite zucchini recipes!!! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.

Day 210 of 365. And Day 1,306 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things)!
