Beating the heat at the beach

Temperatures reached the 90s again today in Santa Rosa so Mama and I escaped to cooler weather at Bodega Bay. We enjoyed the scenic half-hour drive to the coast and had a great time checking out a new beach with ramps from the parking lot to the sand. It was much easier than our last beach adventure.

Our beach day was finished off beautifully with the most phenomenal fish tacos ever at Fisheterian Fish Market! We watched the sunset over the ocean and picked up a pint of Mimi’s Mud Ice Cream on the drive home through Sebastopol, before returning home exhausted and happy.

Today’s #OneGoodThing was escaping the heat for a fantastic day at the beach with Mama! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! Kindness is Everything.

Day 280 of 365. And Day 1,376 in a row (here’s the first 366, & the following 365, & the third year of 365 good things)!
