It was a slow Sunday where nobody felt particularly well. The highlight of the day was discovering that these little Firecatcher Sunflowers we planted have just opened!
We thought the petals would be red (or at least redder), but the flowers are adorable and quite lovely.

Sunflowers bring beauty, color, symmetry and smiles. Several sunflowers adorn our walls and a neighbor gifted us with a small bouquet of sunflowers this past week. They are fading but still beautiful to gaze upon.
