The heatwave hasn’t broken yet, but a lightning storm lit up the sky here all night. We woke to discover that winds and rain had blown over most of our Firecatcher Sunflowers.
We don’t normally pick flowers from our garden, preferring to enjoy them in the garden. But since these beauties weren’t going to survive the wind damage, we brought them inside to appreciate them.
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was a lovely upside to a windy summer storm! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
