We started making this deluxe pizza when only the plain cheese frozen variety was available.
I piled on marinated artichoke hearts, sliced olives, and a bit of mozzarella and parmesan to hold our toppings to the pie. Sometimes I add mushrooms too. The pizza typically needs an extra few minutes in the oven. Tonight it was still so hot that we had to wait until after 11 to turn on our oven!
