Every morning I have to face my needle phobia and give myself a B12 injection. The process is easier if I ice my thigh first, but several weeks ago I lost my favorite mini ice pack.
This cute Frozen-themed “boo-boo-buddy” is softer and causes freezer burn on my skin less often than the other ice packs. After several days in a row of cold-burnt thighs, I went digging and found my favorite gentle ice pack again!
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was finding my beloved boo-boo-buddy! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!

Ouch, I have to do a B12 injection every 3 months since my MGB. Here in NL they only inject in the ass, whilst in the U.K. it’s in the shoulder/bicep.
That was an interesting 1st injection! The new nurse now injects in the arm, but sometimes forgets and goes so deep I’m sure she’s going for bone marrow😀
