We finished our Thanksgiving pie on the first night of Chanukah, but didn’t feel like we’d had our fill. So I made another!

After a long and challenging day today, this creamy spice-filled pumpkin goodness was exactly what we needed. I sliced a couple of pieces, lamenting how little was left—to which Mama replied, “Keep ’em coming!”
