This gorgeous, wild-looking flower has just bloomed in our garden again. We now know it is called a Peruvian Daffodil. But I’ve always thought of it as an alien flower.

Have you read “The Day of the Triffids” by John Wyndham? Neither have I, but there was a TV adaptation I watched many years ago (1981). Scary! Your plant could be one of them, so watch out!
