Having nurtured our garden for Mama’s benefit, it’s felt odd for me to continue since she moved. Thankfully, I was motivated to keep it nice for our recent party.
This last week has been medically intense, leaving no time for plants. When I dragged myself into the drooping garden tonight, I was happy to find this rainbow of blooms!
I’m still figuring out what brings me joy in this new chapter of life. But for now, I’m working on enjoying the garden for myself.
