This alien flower is actually a Peruvian Daffodil. But we didn’t know that for a long time. And then once we learned the name, we promptly forgot.

This year we got more leaves than in past years, but no signs of any blooms. Until a tiny bud appeared recently. And then tonight, I found this one smaller-than-in-the-past, but still lovely flower!
