Mama moved out 2.5 months ago but I couldn’t bring myself to walk her favorite route through our neighborhood until tonight.

I didn’t run into any of the neighbors she befriended. But passing her treasured landmarks hit differently without her. So I snapped a photo of this cool old car she loves, which I named Fred, and sent it to her.
