It’s been more than a year since I’ve seen the ocean in person. I missed the feeling of the sand on my feet and the smell and sound of the waves.

Thankfully southern California beaches are warmer than Bay Area ones. So even though it’s mid-December, Alyssa and I packed up baby Eliezer and the dogs and went on a little adventure.

Chaos reigned, but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. Today was the baby’s first trip to the beach. But Benny definitely had the most fun of all of us.
