When checking in for my 62nd immune-suppressing infusion treatment for Crohn’s today, the receptionist Virginia greeted me and gave me this beautiful keychain of an angel. It’s so pretty and it is always a joy to see Virginia!

I was fortunate to get a private room for my IV infusion today, but my guts started flaring up mid-appointment. There’s nothing quite like being stuck on the toilet with the IV contraption beeping incessantly at you. I’m just glad it is over and I’m cozy at home with the dogs.
