Our beloved campervan named Girl Scout is getting ready for new pastures. By that I mean, I’ve been working hard to clean out all the stuff she’s accumulated in her 20-year tenure with our family so we can sell her!
Mama originally bought the van to use at Burning Man and then as a bustier vendor at art fairs and music festivals. I later lived in the hospital parking lot in the van when Mama was hospitalized. And she and I have used it for camping trips up and down the Bay Area coastline. Girl Scout had a good tenure with us and has been well cared for all these years.
With a bit of sadness, I finished cleaning out all of our stuff. But I know it is the right call for us, as we need the funds. Hopefully, someone else will have many more adventures with her!
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama is clearing out 20 years of accumulation! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
