During my recent hospital stay, I had the most delightful lemon bars. I mean, it could have been the drugs. But in my mind, these lemon bars were amazing.

None that I’ve found since are anywhere near as good. So I decided to make them. Our wonderful neighbor Vashti gave me this big bag of lemons from their tree! Many thanks and lemon bars to come!
