I managed a full 20 minutes at the farmers’ market today before I had to leave. My Crohn’s and chronic fatigue have both significantly worsened due to my extreme case of shingles this summer. It was a triumph just to go somewhere non-medical related.
What a joy to see our farmer friends again! I made it out with pastries and sweet green pluots. And of course, I dropped off pastries and fruit to Mama on my way home. She was thrilled!
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama is a brief but successful farmers’ market trip! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!

Snap! We had a farmer’s market in our town this weekend. It would be interesting to compare what is on offer in each.
