Today was my 68th immune-suppressing IV treatment for Crohn’s. The day was frustrating in a plethora of ways. The frustration was further compounded by this horrible heatwave continuing with a second day hitting 105.
So on the way home, safely in my car in a parking lot, I just screamed. I let it out. It felt good. Sadly now my throat is sore and my head hurts. But still, screaming alone felt good. Try it sometime and let me know what you think.
Today’s #OneGoodThing is a bit of post-infusion scream therapy! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
