Today is the Jewish High Holiday Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. It’s a time of reflection.
I have not been my best self this last year. A bit part of that was my decline in physical health. I am working to heal my body and mind, giving myself patience and compassion.
I genuinely ask for forgiveness from anyone I may have wronged.
To those I may have helped, I wish I had done more.
To those I neglected to help, I ask for understanding.
To those who helped me, I am endlessly grateful.
I pray this next year will be filled with peace, love, and joy for all.
Today’s #OneGoodThing is a peaceful atonement! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
