No joke, but it is likely going to take me at least the entire month of May to recover from Craftcation. It was amazing and totally worth it, but even with the many rest breaks I took, I pushed myself too far, running on adrenaline and caffeine. I am physically wrecked.
Then having my immunosuppressive infusion a couple of days later didn’t help my chronic fatigue. But at least today I was able to drag myself outside into the covered patio to enjoy the breeze the birds singing.
Today’s #OneGoodThing is listening to the birds singing while I read in my nightgown in the backyard! Check out today’s video below! Readers, what was YOUR #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments!!! Let us cheer you on! And remember, kindness is everything!
