The season for our favorite fruit—the Emerald Beaut pluot—is coming to an end, but we simply couldn’t bear to part with this wonderful flavor. The only solution was to make jam! I ended up making jelly instead, but it is absolutely delicious! Now I just hope it firms up properly.
