I made fresh blueberry buttermilk pancakes and coffee for brunch today. Mama wanted to know why, but it was for no special reason.

We weren’t having company to warrant a festive meal; we were just low on milk and had a box of fresh blueberries to eat. That seemed like justification enough! The pancakes were delicious!
