Accessible nature bathing

We were in dire need of quality time in nature for our physical and mental health, but that’s not an easy task. Then a neighbor told us about a nearby park with a paved, flat path around a vast lake. Mama and I were intrigued.

We explored Spring Lake Regional Park today, which was beautiful—so peaceful and calm. There were pedestrians and cyclists. We were impressed with how accessible it was, including bathrooms and plenty of benches spaced out nicely. We walked and rested, enjoying bird-watching and people-watching. The dogs loved it too. This nature oasis is only 15 minutes from home; we hope to return often.

Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama is accessible nature bathing! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
