Positive thinking isn’t a cure-all, but training your brain to seek the good in any situation is an excellent mental health tool. Today marks 3,000 days of #OneGoodThing. These have not been easy days, most of them weren’t even good days. But writing these blog posts and sharing something good every day has kept me going. I sincerely hope it has touched others and given them hope on their dark days too.
Thank you to everyone who has ever left a comment or message of support. Your kindness is deeply appreciated. I made these awesome stickers to celebrate this milestone and I can’t wait to share them.
