It’s been an exceptionally rough start to summer with shingles taking over the last 7.5 weeks of my life. A multi-day, triple-digit heatwave isn’t helping matters. But I stumbled on this great meme by Katie Abey:
“Shoutout to anyone who is currently using a great percentage of their energy on keeping a tiny flame of hope alight every single day while a shitstorm of uncertainty and heaviness swirls around them. Keep hope alive. Things will get better soon.”
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama is keeping hope alive! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
