This delivery driver was audibly excited to bring us a package today.
“I knew I recognized the address,” he exclaimed into our doorbell camera. “And I still love you!”
Sweet responses like this make us so glad to keep our thank you basket of goodies on the porch year round! As an immunocompromised household, we rely on deliveries and we’re so grateful for those who do the hard work.
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama was hearing a driver recognizing our house! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!

Gabriana and Mama, though we’ve never met I have loved your daily expressions of gratitude for years. Along the way I’ve wandered and forgotten to check in for long periods of time. Then something reminds me, I come back to your garden of sweet simplicity and feel the warmth of life blanket me again. Thank you for your love of life, its inspiration, and for being dedicated to sharing. I’m going to pass this along yet again to all the stressed people I know, e.g. all the people I know. — Dave
