Our favorite cheese shop, where we’ve previously gone on cheese tours, is closing permanently next week. Mama and I were determined to make it out there once more before then, and we had a wonderful day of adventures and friendly people!
Mama and I shared the Cowgirl Grilled Cheese Sandwich, which was a blend of three of their offerings and absolutely the most incredible grilled cheese sandwich we’ve EVER enjoyed. We met some lovely people also picnicking.
To bring home with us, we decided to try a new cheese called Pierce Point, which is a single cream with lots of herbs. We paired it with flatbread crackers and local honey from Mt. Tam that we’d never tried before either. We also picked up strawberries from a roadside stand we love on the way home. Dinner was outstanding.
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama is cheese heaven adventures! Many thanks to Chelsea at Cowgirl Creamery for her kindness! And shout-out of thanks to the Pt. Reyes Station Fire House crew who paused their yoga class to let us use their Accessible bathroom! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
