I’m feeling fragile after a colonoscopy today. I’m just glad the awful prep is done.
Mostly I’m thankful to those who made the ordeal possible. Thanks to our friend Bonnie who gave me roundtrip rides and our lovely neighbor Ti who gave me a prep item I needed. I’m grateful to an online Crohn’s support group for tips to make the prep better, as well as to Mama for her love and support. Also thanks to our lovely respite caregiver who took care of everything at home so I could rest afterward.
Today’s #OneGoodThing with Mama is getting through scope day! Many thanks to all those who helped make the day possible! What was your #OneGoodThing today? Please share in the comments! And remember, kindness is everything!
